Victoria Polish Food Company – Smoked & Fire was founded 25 years ago by Wiktor, a Polish immigrant, together with his wife Alicja. What began as a family passion for authentic Polish food has evolved into a respected artisanal brand, recognised for its craftsmanship, consistency, and uncompromising quality.

Rooted in Polish culinary heritage and shaped by South Africa’s vibrant food culture, we specialise in handcrafted smoked meats, slow-roasted cuts, and traditional Polish dishes, prepared in small batches using time-honoured, home-style methods.
